Aiden Moffat and his BTCC Chevrolet Cruze were the star turn at the Tool Connection open day at the Laser Tools head office last week. In a surprise meeting with 'Del Boy', Aiden was quite confused at the prospect of racing a Reliant 3-wheeler! View their encounter here.

Also in on the act was Aiden's BTCC grid girl Hannah Clegg who was described by Del as 'a bit cushty!'. The event was the annual open days for Laser's parent company The Tool Connection who have long been supporters of touring cars in the UK having previously supported James Nash as well as this year's campaign with Aiden. They are also official partners with Aston Martin Racing and are renowned for the quality of their products, many of which are manufactured in Sheffield.

Aiden is now looking ahead to the next round of the BTCC at Silverstone where he made his first full debut last year after his initial outing at Knockhill. Silverstone is a circuit that should suit Aiden and the car as it is a high speed circuit that affords plenty of good overtaking opportunities and Aiden can't wait after a disappointing time out at Rockingham where he was on the unfortunate end of other people's mistakes.
