Laser Tools Racing have today announced that the formal unveiling of Aiden Moffat's new 2015 A-Class Mercedes will take place in front of the world's media on the Popbangcolour stand at the Autosport International Show at the NEC on Thursday 8th January and will be there for fans to see throughout the show.

The venture with the Popbangcolour brand shows off two of motor racing's most dynamic brands on a single stand after a very successful collaboration earlier this year when Popbangcolour captured the raw power of the Laser Tools Racing Chevrolet Cruze piloted by the BTCC's youngest ever driver, Aiden Moffat. Aiden has been a breath of fresh air in the championship in 2014 with a string of top 20 finishes and scoring championship points in his maiden season in the ever competitive BTCC. The team did such a fantastic job of enhancing the paddock that they were even given a special award.

Popbangcolour, run by Ian Cook, is also a bit of a unique British talent in the automotive world, creating stunning artworks using radio controlled cars as brushes. So good are the results that his clients include Jaguar, Aston Martin, Audi, several BTCC teams, Chris Evans and even Jenson Button and Lewis Hamilton. For the show, Ian will be doing a special artwork of Aiden's new car. To see Ian's work just visit www.popbangcolour.com.

In other news from the team, they have today confirmed that former Team BMR promotional model and grid girl Samantha Gilham will be joining the team for 2015. Laser Tools Racing Team Manager Bob Moffat stated: "With such a fresh new look to Laser Tools Racing in 2015 with our new Mercedes A-Class and our new team livery, I approached Samantha as I knew she would make a valuable addition to the team. With such a busy calendar of events and promotions additional to the actual race meetings, Samantha's extensive promo experience will give us the professional edge, which is something that we strive to achieve in all aspects of running the team. I am really thrilled to have secured Sam's involvement and I know she will prove invaluable to us."
